If Your Password Does Not Work

  • Please note that your password is case sensitive. "PASSWORD" and "password" are treated like different passwords.  Having Caps Lock on may cause you to enter your password incorrectly.  You should press the Caps Lock key to turn it off before entering your password.

  • If you do not enter the correct password, after 3 unsuccessful attempts you will be locked out of the application for 30 minutes.  The application will continue to display the "Incorrect User Name and Password" message even if the information entered is correct.

Note: If you are a State employee with a CWOPA account attempts to login in too many times with an incorrect password, your account will be locked out.  You will need to contact the appropriate administrator to unlock your account.

A Locked Account Will Display The Incorrect User Name and Password Message.

  • If you do not remember your password, click the button labeled Forgot Password.  See the next section for details on how to change your password.

Click the Button Labeled 'Forgot Password'.
